Everyone fell silent as Shreyansh's angry voice echoed off the walls.

"My mother is in the hospital because of you! Why did you do it?" he shouted, his face red with anger.

Viaanshi's eyes filled with tears.

"I-I don't understand. What did I do?" she asked, her voice shaking.

Shreyansh laughed coldly.

"Oh, don't act innocent," he sneered. His face suddenly turned serious. He pointed at her accusingly.

"You pushed her off the terrace, didn't you?"

"No! I would never do that!" Viaanshi cried out.

"Stop lying!" Shreyansh yelled.

"I saw you up there when she fell!"

Viaanshi looked around the room. Everyone was staring at her, their eyes full of blame.

She turned back to Shreyansh, hoping to see some emotions in his face. But his next words crushed her heart.

"We're done. It's over between us," he said coldly.

"You mean nothing to me now." He turned away, wiping a tear from his cheek.

Viaanshi felt lost.

How could Shreyansh think she was guilty without even asking her side of the story?

Suddenly, Tanya spoke up. Her words were full of hate.

"She's obsessed with you, Ansh. She couldn't stand seeing you with me. When your mom suggested we get married, she decided to hurt her. Isn't that right, Viaanshi?"

Shreyansh said nothing, but his hands were clenched into fists.

"Now I understand why she looked so upset at the dining table," Anamika added.

Anamika then turned to Viaanshi, her voice rising.

"How could you do this? Did you even think about Anaya? Haven't you hurt our family enough? You're so selfish! I wish I'd never had you. I regret the day you were born!" She paused, glaring at Viaanshi.

"Say something! Why are you just standing there?"

Without warning, anamika slapped Viaanshi hard across the face. Everyone gasped in shock.

Viaanshi touched her cheek, then looked around at everyone. She gave them a faint smile.

When she looked at Anamika, a tear fell from her eye, but she still managed a small smile.

This unexpected reaction made Anamika feel bad for a moment, but she quickly pushed that feeling away.

Viaanshi noticed Tanya smirking. She knew Tanya was behind all this, but she didn't say anything.

She realized there was no point in trying to explain herself to people who wouldn't believe her anyway.

She saw her brothers looking upset, but they stayed quiet too. Viaanshi slowly backed away from everyone.

She turned to Shreyansh, who was facing away from her.

"Shrey, I love you so much," she said softly.

"But no matter how much I love you shrey, no matter how much I love being with you, if you don't have trust in me, if you don't believe me, I'm done. My self respect is bigger than my feelings"

Then she looked at Anamika one last time.

"I hate you, Mom," she whispered.

And with that, she walked away, not looking back.
