Departure

Third Person's Pov:-

Vivaan fell back on the couch, feeling very sad. Tears filled his eyes as he thought about his daughter leaving him tomorrow.

It was all because of Anamika, the woman he first loved, but now couldn't love anymore.

He was shocked, unable to understand how someone he once knew could change so much.

Tomorrow, his daughter wouldn't be with him every day. He wouldn't be able to feed her, play with her, or watch her grow up.

Instead, they would only see each other on weekends. Even though it broke his heart, he was sending her away to keep her safe.

He knew that here, with Anamika and Tanya, his daughter wouldn't be happy, and it would make her health worse.

But he couldn't go with her, leaving Tanya and Anamika alone.

He couldn't forgive what Anamika did, but he remembered the promises he made to her.

While thinking in his room, someone knocked on the door.

Surprised, he looked up and saw Anamika standing there. Seeing her made him feel bad, so he got up to take a cold shower.

Just as he was about to leave, Anamika spoke, making him stop.

"Vivaan," she called, and he stopped, but didn't turn around, waiting for her to say more.

"Why are you ruining our relationship just because of that ba-"

"She is my daughter, and don't you dare say bad things about her again. If you do, you'll see a side of me you've never imagined in your worst dreams," he cut her off angrily.

She swallowed nervously but nodded. Vivaan went into the bathroom, closing the door loudly, making her jump.

"Just because of her, you're leaving me, Vivaan. I'll never forgive her for breaking us apart. I hate her more every day. I hope she never finds happiness," she thought angrily to herself.

The next day:

Vivaan felt very sad about having to say goodbye. He couldn't stop looking at his sleeping daughter, Viaanshi.

She looked so peaceful, and Vivaan felt bad knowing he was about to change that.

How could he take her away from the only home she knew, away from the father who promised to protect her?

But he had no choice. With Anamika's anger and Tanya's mean influence, Vivaan knew that letting Viaanshi stay in this bad place would only make her feel worse.

A tear fell down his cheek as he watched Viaanshi wake up, her eyes showing sadness no child should feel.

They looked at each other, and Vivaan saw the question in her eyes a plea for comfort, for a promise that everything would be okay.

Trying hard not to cry, Vivaan smiled a little and brushed her hair back.

"How are you my precious girl," he said, his voice full of emotion.

Viaanshi's lip shook, and she leaned into his hand, seeking comfort in his hug.

"Dada," she whispered very quietly.

"It's time for me to go, isn't it?"

Vivaan couldn't speak, and he nodded, unable to say the words that would make their goodbye real. Instead, he hugged Viaanshi tightly, as if to protect her from the world.

"I don't want to go, Dada, leaving you behind" Viaanshi cried, her tears wetting Vivaan's shirt.

"Please, don't make me leave you."

Her sad voice hurt Vivaan's heart, and he hugged her tighter, rocking her gently as he cried too.

"Shh, my love, my brave, beautiful girl," he said softly, trying to make her feel better.

"You know I would never let you go if I had any other choice."

Viaanshi looked at Vivaan's face, her eyes full of tears.

"But why can't you come with me, Dada?" she begged, her voice desperate.

"Why do we have to be separated at all?"

Vivaan's heart broke again, and he held Viaanshi's face gently, as if trying to remember every detail.

"Believe me, princess, if there were any way for us to stay together, I would do anything to make it happen. But I made promises to Anamika, even if they were wrong, and I still have to keep them. I can't leave her, no matter how much she has hurt us."

Viaanshi laughed a little bitterly and pulled away.

Vivaan's face got serious, his jaw tight as he tried to stay calm.

"I know, princess, believe me, I know. But I can't just forget my promises, even if I want to. I made a commitment, and I have to keep it, even if it breaks my heart."

Viaanshi started to argue, but Vivaan raised his hand to stop her.

"I understand you're angry and hurt, but thinking about it too much will only make you feel worse. We need to find a way to move forward, to heal from what has happened to us."

Tears ran down Viaanshi's cheeks as she nodded, her shoulders dropping as she gave up.

"I don't know how, Dada," she whispered, sounding very tired for someone so young.

Vivaan hugged her again, trying to protect her from the world.

"Together, my love, we will find a way. Our bond is very strong, and no distance can break it. I promise you, this separation is only for a short time."

A soft knock at the door interrupted them, and Aradhana poked her head in, looking concerned.

"I'm sorry to interrupt," she said quietly,

"but the car is waiting."

Viaanshi caught her breath, and she held onto her father tightly.

"No, Dada, please, I can't do this," she begged, her voice breaking.

Vivaan's heart broke again, but he knew he had to be strong, if not for himself, then for his beloved daughter.

Gently, he moved away from her hug and held her face, looking straight at her.

"Princess, my precious girl, you are very strong and brave. You have faced hard things with such grace and courage, and I know you can get through this too. Remember, this is not goodbye forever, just for a little while."

Viaanshi's lip shook, but she nodded, finding strength she didn't know she had.

"I'll try, Dada," she whispered, her voice full of emotion.

"For you, I'll try."

Very gently, Vivaan kissed her forehead, his lips staying there as if trying to remember how it felt.

"That's my brave girl," he said softly.

Aradhana watched the sad scene, her own eyes filled with tears.

"Bhaiya, it's time," she said gently, her voice kind.

Vivaan nodded, his jaw tight as he tried to stay calm. Reluctantly, he let go of Viaanshi and stepped back, still looking at her face.

"I love you, princess," he said, his voice shaking with emotion.

"Never forget that, no matter how far apart we are or what problems we face."

Viaanshi tried to smile bravely, her heart breaking even as she nodded.

"I love you too, Dada," she replied, her voice very quiet.

With one last long look, she turned and followed Aradhana out of the room, each step feeling very painful.

As she reached the door, she stopped, looking at her father one more time, their eyes meeting in a silent goodbye that said a lot.

And then, with strength she didn't know she had, Viaanshi left the room, leaving behind the only life she had ever known, hearing her father's sad cries as she went.

The trip passed quickly, the view outside the car window just a blur of colors as Viaanshi thought about her sadness.

Aradhana and Yuvansh tried to talk to her, but she didn't hear them, too caught up in her own sad thoughts.

It was only when they arrived at their destination that Viaanshi started paying attention again.

The reality of her new living situation hitting her hard. As she got out of the car, she looked at the unfamiliar surroundings, feeling very out of place.
